I was attending ISU during that run and attended numerous games. good memories.

Tinsley was a man among boys.

I am not sure KG isn't right there with him. Doesn't have the assist magic but man is he tough.

Just stopping by to eat a bit of crow. I wasn’t necessarily “down” on him, but I hadn’t seen much of anything to date to justify Heise getting the minutes he had been getting.

Heise was awesome tonight. He was by far the best to guard Kam Jones all night and made some really good plays offensively too.

If this is how Heise can play somewhat consistently, I’m all in.

Not going to lie, I was not happy when TJ put him on Jones. Boy, oh boy was I wrong.

There is a noteworthy chance we could win 4 titles in Big XII - FB, MBB, WBB and Wrestling. Just being able to think about that is amazing.

In 1996-97 we got as high as #4 in both polls. outside of 1999 where we finished 5 in the AP and 3 in the coaches', ISU might be looking at its highest rankings ever next week.

Considering our strength of schedule and fact our only loss was at the buzzer to #2, we could be ranked #1.

Kentucky also plays at Gonzaga this weekend which would probably cancel out their loss if they won.

Kentucky already lost this week to Clemson. Kansas just lost and we just beat Marquette. Auburn is getting beat up by Duke. There’s a chance we could be ranked 1st on Monday.
