What should ISU do for football coaches? It's a legit question. Criticize all you want, but what would you do to make it better?

With criticism should come alternative solutions.

Personally they need to hit portal harder and I mean it can be from FCS level to get more depth

They played one of the top 3-4 teams in the conference that's been playing some really good ball lately, didn't play well and had a meltdown in the third quarter.
