Guessing he’s taking the place of the guy we fired a few weeks ago.Interesting timing in the middle of the season. But if TJ wants him, there must have been a need. And I’m all for giving the opportunities to former players.

This, was so good his last season in Fred’s first l, wish he had more time , glad to see him back.Awesome! Would have liked to see DG on some of the better teams we had.
Reply to my own post ... kinda forgot about that guy named Tyrese.Captain and starting point guard of all-time Cyclone "1-man"-teams (not really - but trying to make a point). He was so good playing on not-so-good teams. He couild get to the rack.
I missed it too. Stevie Taylor apparently, don't remember hearing much about him.I apparently missed that an asst got fired?
I think of Melvin Ejim when I think of that kind of improvement. Both became amazing players. He was a lot of fun to watch develop. Good minutes as a freshman to a solid starter as a sophomore. Added a 3 point shot for his junior year then became a real scorer his senior year, which gave him his NBA shot. We've had better players, but his total improvement arc over 4 years is probably the best I remember seeing.
