Wondering this myself. Part of me wants to play the waiting game, but also don't want to travel all the way there only to not get tickets, or pay even higher prices.

I don’t really attend neutral site games, but is this a typical or odd scattering/spacing of seats available for a specific fan base?
Also funny they mention seats start at $195, but there’s just a few of those in a tiny sliver of seats far away from the rest of the Cyclone fans. “Poors to the back!”

I wonder if they are playing tricks with our fans, like UNLV and Kansas did. This doesn't seem quite the same because they are offering tickets in various price ranges.
In the past, have they opened up other sections closer to the game? And/or sections with even lower price points?
We need somebody to do some research on the fan sites of previous participants in the Ireland game.
How much do tickets cost for the 2024 Aer Lingus College Football Classic?
Tickets in the primary seating bowl are priced at $245 and $375. Premium seats in the 50-yard line Bobby Dodd Club cost $1,105
I'm Cardinal level and will be picking on Monday, Jan 27. Looks like $290.00 is going to be our price point. The map has all those voids, but they also have "HOLDS" for all the travel packages that people have bought. It won't be a budget trip, hotel rates also seem quite high, probably around 500 a night!
But my wife and I planned an Ireland trip and had to cancel due to the pandemic, so we are inclined to "bite the bullet".

We booked at Clontarf Castle for our rooms. They've come up a bit, but still less than $500 a night. Supposed to be a nice one

Nice! The location seems to be pretty central to the city, it has very good ratings, and how often do you get to stay in a castle?
The bar looks pretty epic as well.
we have 3/4 star accommodations and are spending about $387 a day for travel and rooms between cities for the week. will still need to book airfare.
I’ve not looked yet to see what day I can buy (I’m Cardinal level).

It doesn’t look like there is a limit. It also looks like you’ll be choosing specific seats at the assigned time versus the typical process of choosing a price point and then the priority point process assigning your seats within that section.
UkClone, we're going to Scotland for a week after the game. What are your top 5 must see attractions? We are staying the first night in Glasgow, next two nights in Inverness, then the rest of the time in Edinburgh. TIA
I am torn on whether to buy one of the tailgate packages available right now for our friend group that is going or if I should wait and see what is available to Cyclone Club members.
The tailgate is not a must-have for us. Would probably be just as happy at a nearby pub. But having tickets together and in-hand is attractive right now.

I know you didn’t ask me, but I have a photo blog where I am posting photos of our few days in Edinburgh. Our favorite things in Edinburgh were:
- Real Mary King’s Close (get tickets ASAP) and St Giles Cathedral
- Greyfriars Kirkyard
- Makars Mash Bar - a mashed potato restaurant that is amazing, and the servers are fantastic!
