Hate to say but think this is the beginning of the end for Fran. Between crap attendance and play on the court think they finally get rid of him after this season. Doesn't seem like Fran wants to be there anyways.

I agree I think this is it. And I think the plan for Beth when she started was to burn a couple years off the contract and get him out of Iowa City. I think Kirks time will be done in the next couple years too.
Arizona St is exactly the type of game we have to win if we want to contend for the conference. They are not a bad team and beating them is going to be tough but still need to win.
Hoks' tourney hopes are effed big time after that loss. Season could go off the rails now.

Really puzzling. WV arena was less than half full tonight and they shot 4-29 from three. Glad ASU won, and also that ASU didn't really look that great in the process. We should take care of them on Sat. They are ok, but WV really crapped their pants tonight.
The good news is that the Devils have a longer flight home tonight than Iowa State does in a few days to get to ASU.
