If CuJo averages 30pts per game until the end of the- he may have a chance. If we can get at least to Elite 8

I don’t think the refs were criming the game for betting purposes. I think they were just bad and doing the typical ‘home team gets home calls’ BS.

I do wish the NCAA would make bench decorum a point of emphasis, and end this whiny coach ********. They shouldn’t have to deal with coaches like the Hurley brothers. And their antics do affect games.

Unfortunately, I think todays game has passed a lot of refs by. When you are seeing a gray haired man with a little bit of extended belly starting to show, the game is beyond him. I know he isn’t running full court, but if you have even the slightest of a gut showing, you are too out of shape to be doing P5 college basketball. I think some times these guys call a questionable foul just to get a breather.

My friend who is quit to overreact texted me earlier in the game Gilbert is killing us and during run at the end I texted well now he is saving us.

I think something my friend and people here sometimes post that great players can't be great every minute. It's part of being human.

It's almost like the opposing teams players are trying to stop us.

Absolutely. Good news with foul trouble, minutes were reduced for Jeshon and Jefferson. Bad news is we are riding Jones hard. Would love to get him some rest upcoming. Unfortunately not likely with our schedule. Hope we don’t wear him out.

Talk about “lock down” defense! The ISU Enterprise’s shields were impenetrable the last six minutes. While Jones was firing photon torpedoes at Klingon Bobby Hurley’s team.

Sure hope their fans went home happy after showing off their Big 12 Football Championship trophy in front of us.

I am sure we are oversensitive to that kind of thing but I can't recall ever watching another top five team play where that's something they're talking about for the entirety of a close game.

To be fair they were absolutely impressed by how we finished the last five minutes though.

the Colorado coach called us slow footed, we all heard it. I'm sure it is in th scouting report on us.

I've said it numerous times... when Jefferson feels like playing he has NBA talent. Just doesn't always feel like playing.

CuJo is exhausted and Gilbert is in foul trouble. Looks like Jefferson will have to bring this one home.

Jackson has more turnovers (3) than rebounds (2). Dude provides so little. Honestly much of this team provides very little. If Keshon is off, it’s not a terribly hard team to defend

The announcers were oddly extrapolating some sort of doomsday scenario for us for much of the game. Weird, indeed.

These guys are calling games on espn+ for a reason. When it comes to these lower tier announcers I keep a variation of something my Grandfather taught me in mind. Never worry about criticism from someone you wouldn’t ask for advice.

To be fair, I’d imagine Flagg would be putting up Bird-like numbers in the MVC.

I am not talking about numbers. Bird was a one of the best shooter in NBA history and more finesse in his game. Flagg is more athletic and has more power game like LaFrentz.

NBA draft potential will affect the voting. Flagg is being compared to Larry Bird but I don’t see any similarities other than being 6’9” white. He reminds me of Raef LaFrentz.

Who is comparing him to Larry Bird? I haven’t seen that at all.
