Gonna need more to jump Auburn IMO. Losses to Tennessee and Duke still keep them at #1. And I couldn’t really argue with whether they deserve it.
Agreed. If i were a voter i'd keep Auburn at #1 unless they got absolutely wrecked.
Duke looks legit. Like legit potentially the best team in the country. And no, not because they are playing ACC competition. They play hard, they play smart, they are ferocious on defense, and have talent and athleticism (and shooting) all over the floor. Really gotta hope their young guys wear down, because goodness they are loaded.
The new coach has obviously so far done a nice job filling in GOAT level shoes.

Things change anyway but KU is super old and Flagg was still fresh to the D1 level.
It would not be close if they played tomorrow. Duke would roll.
Drake on the ropes against 0-9 Missouri State. This would put an end to any at-large talk.
They are good but ACC competition makes them look better
The ACC is so bad. The middle/bottom of that league is closer to the a mid major than P5.
That probably already ended after losing to the fighting Prohms

Only two losses are to Kansas and Memphis and have been averaging 15 point wins during the 12 game win streak.
But agreed their aren’t many impressive wins with UNC being bad this year
If it wasn't for Flagg Duke wouldn't be anything special - would probably still win the ACC easy because the rest of the league is ass, but Duke is close to a 1-man team, and Duke-boy Bilas has made similar comments (not about the 1-man team thing, but that Flagg is what makes them as good as they are).
Duke is really good. But if they meet a senior laden P5 team as an 8/9 seed I could see an upset there.
