Hey man. I'm thrilled we won, and convincingly at a glance as well as on paper.

So no harm no foul.

I also spent the entire pregame warning ppl that Arizona State is legit the 7th best team at worst in this conference, and a real threat to make the tournament. A legit Q1 road opponent.

So yes, we ended up where we should be, and more importantly where we need to be.

So anyone calling me a negative nancy is pretty cool. Remember to never voice any doubt or frustration when your top 5 team plays prolonged repeated stretches below a B- level. It's so very negative of you.

That's fair. It's also fair to think we need to play closer to our capability more consistently to survive that challenge at or very near the top.
Yeah, I completey agree. If you look at their average lead/deficit on Torvick they've pretty much been trailing most of the Big 12 season so far except the Colorado and West Virginia games.

That first half was more of an anomaly compared to their other games although they did take Baylor to OT. So maybe they aren't that bad. I just don't think they are an Ncaa tourney caliber team and I'm just glad we got out of there with a win.

I dunno, we need a better offensive strategy. It seems like we don't even run plays and it leads to sloppy turnovers. That will hurt us against better opponents. But even so, we still scored 76 points today in a game where the offense was not great. That is just insane. This team is tough as nails.
We also didn’t score until 5 minutes into the game.

ASU got some highly-rated freshman back today who had been out for a bit, I’m not sure who that was exactly though.

Keshon had 7 consecutive point out of his 12 total in a 57 second stretch to put this away.
He played great to finish. Feel team works at its best when going through Tamin primarily. Keshon hunts his shot more than getting others going.

Which can be dynamite when it’s going. He started 1-6 for 5 pts. Not a criticism but it’s been more like Gilbert from last year than Gilbert from start of this year re: efficiency.

Have faith they’ll find their groove things just feel a bit choppy at the moment.

Our offense is so much better at home than on the road. But the guys play tough and keep competing. I would like to see more ball movement and guys looking to facilitate more.
