About half the time he's out of position under the rim. You can't get out of position when you know Awaka's looming.

It’s honestly one of the most refreshing things about watching the NBA. You absolutely take it for granted until you start watching a lot of college ball, and holy crap college reffing is awful.

Not having a centralized officiating center is the main issue. And the mere fact there aren’t enough guys even close to good enough to do the amount of games that take place.
