At the game today. That's about the worst loss you can possibly have. They'll be a 3 seed at best and likely on the 4-5 line now.

This team is completely broken.

Agree, but still plenty of time to right the ship. Remember how bad the end of the year was for Otz's first team? That ended in a sweet 16 appearance. We need Milan back in the worst way. Gilbert has to be more consistent, less Chatfield minutes, and less Heise minutes.

Team is still a good bet for the Sweet 16. Final 4 would be a huge stretch which we wouldn't have thought to be the case 5 days ago. I think a Final 4 team would have shaken off the miracle Caleb Love shot and won in OT but instead it has sent us into a tailspin.

Historically, yes. The new batch of fans will need to relearn how to apply Hilton Magic in a new way. But one thing I do know, is that the Hilton Magic of old carries teams, as opposed to waiting to respond.

You saw what it took Houston, the clearcut Big 12 favorite, to beat Kansas in Kansas - a miracle. We have no chance on Monday.

Wasn't that TJs 2nd team that lost like 6 out of 8 in February?

We'll see what happens, maybe a month from now things will look more like Marquette and Aubrun games but I cant see them beating anyone right now.

Also, sorry if already asked, but when has ISU lost to ANYBODY by 19 at home when the opponent is sub-500, outside of the Prohm years?

We'll see what happens, maybe a month from now things will look more like Marquette and Aubrun games but I cant see them beating anyone right now.

Yeah I think last year was the first where we didn't suck balls in February. Things look awful now, but still plenty of time to get it figured out for March.

While he is not ever going to be the main cog in this team winning or losing, very worried about Jackson and his presence on the court being a net negative. Clogs the lane, not a confident post presence, defense/ rebounding can be shaky. Not like we have a ton of alternatives but already seeing his minutes dip. We could really use him playing better right now else might as well go small with Watson for athleticism.
