As far as all sports go football has worse losses. I’m sure wrestling has worse losses. Women’s basketball has some poor losses. Step away from the ledge.

What the **** happened. This is unacceptable. TJ just got lucky so far in his tenure. Has beaten absolutely nobody and lost to a bunch of borderline D2 squads this year. What a disgrace. Team is way worse than last year. Onto football season
Lmao at borderline d2 squads and getting lucky with 2 sweet 16s.

Give me a ******* break.
Agreed. Kansas State beat a WVU team playing badly and now beat us. Fully expect them to go out and lose at ASU next
IMO, just goes to show this KSU team wasn't jelling. Everyone thought they would be Top 25 when the season started. Analytics don't lie, they are playing at that level right now. I'll be surprised if they don't beat ASU, and would bet that they will finish above .500 in conference play.

Well I base my identity and self worth on how my alma mater performs in college athletics so this is a pretty bad night for me. I got the car running in the garage tho, just gotta hook up the hose.
Hope you’re being sarcastic, but I too approach this level of “down” and say stuff like that when these type of losses happen to the Clones. It’s honestly a character flaw and something I wish I could change about myself.

Losses like this ruin my entire week so I feel your pain. Keep your head up bud.

I have only read the first message of this thread and haven’t stopped laughing at the overreaction yet.

It’s a 2 week sample set. Guess I’ll start believing if they go 2-0 next week. I think they have a better chance at 0-2

We lost to Florida A&M at home giving them their first ever victory over a power 5 school?

Had to look it up, they were 0-106 against major teams

Since the thread is about worst loss in any sport ever, I refer us to 2005 football, when an ISU team with lots in front of it entering the season, hands Baylor its first ever road Big12 win.

I feel like the '01 Big 12 tourney loss to Baylor also had a similar thing but can't recall.

It's not Milan, it doesn't help but this idea that somehow he makes up for what happened today is not right.

They hit a wall and need to work through it. He wil help cause he will be fresh, but he isn't going to fix this overnight.
Jones is playing starter minutes his legs get impacted

Not gonna lie, it legitimately was a historic loss:

Reset expectations, on to the next one. This team is seriously hurting without Milan and they need him in great form when he comes back.

Face it…ISU wasn’t #3 anymore anyway…now they just get to drop further which matches how they are playing. I’ll be shocked if they miraculously stay in the top 10…more likely 12 or 13

KU '05 football was worse imo.

Iirc ISU let one weird play/call break them.

It's a terrible loss. Any loss in Hilton is.

I would just say again, go listen to TJs postgame.

For the record I think both Hampton and UAB are worse losses. This was a horrible home loss no doubt. Flush it. I’m not gonna be overly concerned until we get MM back and if things are still stagnant I might be concerned.

This is up there in terms of losses … but if they can recover it won’t matter.
If this was in the trny absolutely... but less at play here. I think Monday was worse just for how it happened and what it did to b12 race
