Way up there
Jones wasn't the key to beating KU at Hilton, Jefferson and Jackson getting their bigs in foul trouble was why we won. If Jefferson and Jackson struggle like last game, we won't have a chance.

We have a lot to prove. Can we come back from a bad loss and beat KU at the Fhog?

KU has a lot to prove. Can they return the favor from the Ames loss? And can they come back from two pretty bad losses (Houston and Baylor)?

I hope I’m wrong but have a bad feeling about this one. We just need to get by until Milan is back

Team is gassed. A win would be astonishing but in the TJ era not unheard of. A 5 point or less loss would be a great sign. A blowout would be a pattern that may not be recoverable from for awhile. Self has a lot to prove to the fanbase tonight. His bag of tricks with officials will be in full display.

If the team is gassed, that's on TJ playing 8 only all year even against scrub teams and being up with outcome never in doubt.

BB is a fickle sport. Just when you think you are down and out, you can have a great game. We know we are capable of having some great games.

Having one tonight, in the Phog, will be epic. Fingers crossed.

The team isn't gassed. These are young people, in the best shape of their lives.

Can they become gassed later in the season? Yes. I do hope we can play our reserves wisely in order to pace the long haul.

My very first post on the board. Thanks to rezclone for posting on the COOG board. I think most COOGS have mixed feelings who to root for, I don't. Come on Cyclones, kick their booty. At least I hope you do. I'll be watching for sure. Kansas has to be licking their wounds - wait you guys have got to be licking your wounds - wait us COOGS are licking our wounds as well.
Anyway, waiting for the game with anticipation. Love being in the B12. Now if we can just bring football back to it's winning ways and join the party.

I am firing up the ESPN app figuring no way we will start on time. Not going to bother anymore looking at the bottom right to see if we are on ESPN2 or ESPNU.
Probably a smart plan.

For some reason I continue to struggle getting to game thru app, but probably because I don’t go to it until I realize ISU tip is going to occur before prior game is over (even sometimes if tip time is delayed)

This team isn’t physically gassed at all. Are they mentally gassed? We shall see.

I’ve heard several folks including CW say that TJ’s teams have had a mid season lull every season. There was no lull last season. We lost 3 games between early Jan and the sweet 16.

Saturday was the first time I’ve been disappointed by the guys this year, but it was very disappointing. I don’t how as a team they played so poorly and I am curious how the next few weeks go.
We need Heise to just shoot and not think. Play. Don’t think.
