This team is a mess right now and Milan being out just exposed the lack of depth it appears we have. Dang I really thought chatfirld was going to be a beast, getting rebounds and garbage points too….not so much

Gosh you are a moron. The largest lead of the game was after they hit the tech FTs then we went on a run to cut the lead down from 19 to like 8 or something like that right after it.
@awd4cy also has no shame. Was wrong about saying KST went on a run. Was also wrong earlier about saying KU gives up like 90 ppg or something like that. Time to add someone to the ignore list.

I believe wholeheartedly that this team will be back on the horse soon. Bad couple games, happens to all but the very top elite teams during a season. Expectations were through the roof, that is why it stings. The mojo will be back.
Gonna be some pain between now and then, but any seed can do big things in the tournament. Better to have a slump like this in February than March.

Lol. "Losing one of our starters shows we lack depth!"

That describes 95 plus percent of college teams.

It would be easy to say this if they didn't get their doors blown off by a terrible K-State team at home the game before. They needed a better bouceback this game. Plenty of season left to turn this around but it's hard not to be alarmed by what's transpired tonight after that putrid effort on Saturday.
Oh we should be fully alarmed

Truth here but there was plenty of stagnant offense under Fred that gets some revisionist history.
There was, but it was because shots weren’t falling. They still ran different sets and plays. This team runs the same offense every time in the half court. Dribble around and pass with weak ball screens. Big difference.

KU was able to get right after a bad loss. Two games in a row Iowa State hasn't been able to.

Gilbert has got to be hurt. He’s seems gimpy and largely has for quite a while.

If we have a player who is better than Heise, he would be playing right now. Many posters here wanted to run CuJo out of the town.

I want to run CuJo back to the sixth man that he excelled at. Let’s get these guys back to the positions that we started the season with. Start Watson until Milan gets back if you have to.
