I don't know what the fuss is about them. Sure they've beaten sh!t teams. I've watched them several times this year keeping waiting to see what the fuss is about. Still waiting.
It's just Drake being in the area IMO.
If they were in Georgia, we probably wouldn't be talking about them.

Alarsons hard on for crappy 5-13 conference teams

As opposed to your hardon for ****** mvc teams simply because they're local.

Not to mention you have to be misleading to make the garbage comparison. Oklahoma has 18 wins. You essentially want them punished for playing a tougher SOS while Drake cruises against a garbage conference.

Drake would be equally as winless having to play as many games as OU played against top 20 teams (especially since most of those were on the road). Those 13 losses you're making a big deal of include 9 quad 1-a losses, including 6 of which were to net top 20 teams on the road and 4 of which were against top 10 teams.

I don't even like Oklahoma, its you guys who keep singling them out and I simply look at one resume and see its clearly better. I look at the resumes as they are brought up. There's nothing about Drake that looks like a top 50 team, much less an at large. Nothing in terms of signature wins, and a couple of terrible losses (not to mention narrowly skirting some quad 4 losses in OT).

I'm dumbing all your posts becuase you're picking on teams like Drake when your real battle should be Oklahoma vs Xavier/ North Carolina. Both of those teams are 1-10 in Q1 games.

If Oklaoma bears Texas tonight I'll at least entertain the thought they should be in Dayton.

I'm not "picking on" anyone. Drake doesn't have an at large resume, period. If it comes down to Oklahoma vs UNC i'm happy to compare those two, but its you guys who keep bringing up Drake for some reason.

I don’t have a hardon for drake, or any mvc team. OU doesn’t need to be rewarded for beating 27% of their opponents in the SEC.

They're really disciplined and know who they're but not very talented. If you're expecting thembto overwhelm teams like deveries teams did at Drake that's not them.

Except they are inside the Top 40 in both WAB and SOR and have won over 90% of their games.

60 in kenpom and 57 in torvik. 59 in net.

"winning over 90% of their games" is meaningless when the schedule includes 24 quad 3/4 games.

Last place in the big 12 colorado is also undefeated in quad 3/4 games. Its not exactly an achievement to be undefeated in that category, and drake can't even say that.
