If it's Rogers, I'm going to flip sh*t.*

*unless it means I get to buy a Vikings Lazard jersey
Luckily, the Vikes probably don’t have the cap space left to bring in Rodgers. We’ll see what happens with Harrison Smith and then it’s on to the draft.
RB is the glaring need. Will be interesting to see if they trade back in the first for one, or wait until the second.

All these OL moves and rolling with an essentially rookie QB coming off two surgeries is kinda scary.

Don't get me wrong, I love these moves, but it definitely makes them one of the older teams, and relies on some past injury-prone guys to stay healthy.

Have to give Kwesi credit. He's nailed free agency so far. They clearly knew the draft couldn't be their main means to re-load and hit free agency hard for all their key needs. OL, DL, CB. Really like all the moves so far. Wonder if KOC tries to lure Kupp to Minnesota to play with JJ and Addison. Give McCarthy all the weapons you can to give him the best chance to succeed.
He’s been really good in FA. The draft and some trades (Reagor, etc his first season) leave something to be desired.

Wolfson didn’t mention these two on SkorNorth this morning, but the list he threw out there was Mariota, Lock, Rudolph, Jones, Brissett, and Flacco. The group then discussed the best reclamation project names- Matt Jones and Trey Lance.
I'd love Mariota or Brissett. Great veteran presence for JJ with lots of experience and seem to be good locker room dudes

Maybe not the best back up for JJ, but Lance would be an intriguing option. Maybe Flacco and Lance.

Someone help me out here?

What gaping holes are left—safety, corner and guard? Two safeties?

A cheap veteran QB will come one way or another.

And yeah, I guess I’d expect them to trade down.

Back-up QB in FA, and then my guess in the draft— RB, G, and of course with Vikes, a CB. WR might also be a possibility. Would love to see Noel in the slot.

Right now they have a first and two fifths, with a third expected as a comp pick. Right?

That’s one functional pick, one maybe, and two projects.

Many are expecting the Vikes to trade down in the first to pick up some fourth rounders. We’ll see how many partners Kwesi will have when we get to #24.

That sounds about right. Assuming they don't trade out of the first round, given the recent signings, I'm thinking the first pick would be a DT. Allen and Hargrave are great, but they are also older and injury prone. A young DT would be helpful there. CB or RB with the 3rd rounder? There would still be value at either position there.

Omarion Hampton would be an interesting pick. I don't normally think running backs are a good idea in the first round, but I think he could be pretty special. Really good combo of size and speed. Have him split time with Aaron Jones, which hopefully keeps both of them fresher. And running behind the new and improved offensive line should provide plenty of opportunities for success. And a young quarterback has no better friend than a strong running game.
