I realize there’s little chance, but Dix would be our best offensive player next year.
He is not nor would be better than Jefferson

You might be right. But until we see Touri and Batemon play college basketball, we don't know they can't be our Tamin/Gilbert replacements long-term. And maybe TJ is OK with not having a Tamin clone as ISU's future PG.I realize it a ways off but a replacement for Lipsey as a true pg option is needed. The freshman coming in don't seem like that guy. I'd think this off-season we consider taking a sophomore pg that can backup Lipsey getting about 8-10min a game next year and hopefully take over in 26
Gray is listed as a PG in 26. My guess is unless they think Batemon or Toure are the answer they’ll get a bridge transfer to ease the freshman in.I realize it a ways off but a replacement for Lipsey as a true pg option is needed. He has improved from having a bad shot…to a not good shot
Fair to be optimistic, but the statement was one of the best shooting classes ever. That’s not true. Only Batemon is a plus shooter
Maybe it was meant scorers? Batemon, Toure, and Moore can all get down hill to the bucket. Mitchell is crafty as a 6’6” power forward, and Pleta can drive for his height
Tamin might be lucky that he's gonna be graduated by the time Yusef gets here or else he might lose his starting job to a freshman. That kid is lightning quick with a fantastic game.Gray is listed as a PG in 26. My guess is unless they think Batemon or Toure are the answer they’ll get a bridge transfer to ease the freshman in.
I like your optimism. But I think with the state of where our program is now TJ would still want to have a vet to be able to run the show for a year after Tamin departs. We know how this staff adapts so if the kid really is all that I’m sure they’d find a way to coincideTamin might be lucky that he's gonna be graduated by the time Yusef gets here or else he might lose his starting job to a freshman. #2 EIU defection.
(No I don’t think ISU will be interested)

We are not interestedI bet ISU is interested, wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up in Springfield or Terre Haute.
Look at what universities are in those locations..............We are not interested
