Unfortunately the Cyclones are now in the market for 3 post players.
I mean they're probably always in the market and have a plan out ahead of this.

I guess the fact that his play, and that of any other player looking to move on, goes a long way in determining schools interested and money offered would be enough of an incentive not to just go through the motions in his final games at ISU. But I get what you're saying.I'm not singling out Jackson here, but it just seems strange to me that less than 24 hours ago you could be a starter in an NCAA tournament game and then out the door the next day. Makes you wonder how committed some one can be if they know they are leaving. I get it's the reality of how this all works now, but still just seems off. Again, I don't mean to say anything bad about Dishon, he played hard and I thank him for everything he did this year for us.
Yeah at the start of the 2nd half I was excited because Jackson scored the first two times, and we seemed like that gave some energy. Lasted for about 2 min. This drove me nuts in the Ole Miss Game-
Down 11 at half.
Second Half-
1st posession: Jackson buried his defender, made layup
2nd posession: Jackson buried his defender, finger roll +2
Now Down 7-
3rd posession, ISU TO
4th- ISU TO
5th-7th Chuck 3s
Ole Miss pushed the lead to about 15.
Maybe not exactly what happened,
But, FEED THE DAMN BIG, who was making his defender look like a HS soph.....
Some people here will think this is a good thing. I don't.
Kayden Fish also leaving per the DSM Register. I guess that is where the 'we need 3 post players' was coming from. But I didn't know about Fish untili right now. Ugg. I wanted to see him stay and get better.
Transferring every single year would get tiring, no?
I don’t think you understand how good TJ is in the portalWhy would both Dishon and JT Rock leave..
Wouldn't it make sense if one stayed they'd get all the post minutes?
No Dishon AND no JT Rock, i'm fairly concerned.
Cluff and William Kyle seem like a decent upgrade imo.I’m ambivalent. I don’t think playing with that kind of big is how we max out. We need to find a shot blocker and a guy that can run out.

Kyle would be a great addition. Will believe it when I see it.Cluff and William Kyle seem like a decent upgrade imo.
Cluff would absolutely be. Personally, not sold on KyleCluff and William Kyle seem like a decent upgrade imo.
ok duh that makes more sense. I wasn't thinking Chatfield because he was out of eligibilityI think they're referring to Jackson, Rock, and Chatfield.
1) I know he is goodI don’t think you understand how good TJ is in the portal
1) I know he is good
2) I also know we will be outspent for the elite players in many cases
At this point, I am hoping no one pushes the envelope and tries to institute a new “free agent” period at the semester break. Can we get some 2 year contracts in this sport so we aren’t left speculating on who stays and goes every post season?
