Oklahoma does not have tolls. TX and KS will mail them (maybe). Six years ago we drove all over Houston on Toll roads, and they never did a thing about it. Other times, they'll mail you a bill for $1.50.
Interesting. I used to travel for work and I always heard don't speed in Oklahoma because if you cross the state too fast they would issue a ticket. I always assumed that was some kind of automated toll system.Oklahoma does not have tolls. TX and KS will mail them (maybe). Kansas switched over to an automated system earlier this year. They will mail them to the address of the registered owner of the vehicle. You can register for a K-Tag and it will cut the price in half and will automatically be billed to the card you choose. The K-Tag is good for many other states, including the parts of Oklahoma that do have toll roads - there are no tolls on I35 in Oklahoma as far as I am aware but I know that around Tulsa there are some toll roads.Oklahoma does not have tolls. Well, Lew was doing 80-85 from the southern border up to the the northern border (except for the Norman-OK City stretch), and no ticket, soooo.Interesting. Yeah, we have a K-tag. So I don't really know how it works for anyone else anymore. Just remembering how it used to be.Kansas switched over to an automated system earlier this year. Highly doubtful. If we register for a K-Tag now, will it cut the price for last weekend's tolls?
I doubt it. But if you go on road trips down I 35 and points east, it's free to set up the K tag and the I (Illinois) tag, and they make traveling along all the toll roads soooo easy.If we register for a K-Tag now, will it cut the price for last weekend's tolls?

As far as speeding tickets being issued because someone completes a toll road "too fast" I am pretty sure that is an urban legend.I doubt it. No ticket... Yet. LolWell, Lew was doing 80-85 from the southern border up to the the northern border (except for the Norman-OK City stretch), and no ticket, soooo.

Can confirm. I commute on the Kansas turnpike daily and set the cruise at 82. No speeding tickets.Highly doubtful.
Yeah, basically the K & I tags will get you almost everywhere. And they're both free.Found this on the K-Tag website, here are the systems that work with theirs:
- KTAG (Kansas)
- BestPass (multiple states)
- Pikepass (Oklahoma)
- PrePass Plus (multiple states)
- EZ TAG (Texas)
- TxTag (Texas)
- TollTag (Texas)
- SunPass – Pro and Mini (Florida)
- ExpressToll (Colorado)
Don't worry about it the worst they'll do is send you a bill.I think I owe tolls in Texas and Kansas, do I need to pay these? Did Oklahoma have tolls too?
They did $45.12 for KansasDon't worry about it the worst they'll do is send you a bill.
Same, I almost tossed it.
