That's part of the problem. If you're single, you shouldn't be spending time online. You should be out meeting people face to face. Incels hang out online all day and complain they can't find a woman.
Social groups aren't that strong anymore. People are poor friends. A lot of that is a consequence of the online influence. Take dating for example. 85% or higher of all dates start on dating apps. It's unavoidable.

Dating success from online apps is only about 10% so I'm not sure where you're getting that 85% number.

People aren't meeting in person, not arguing it isn't a better vehicle for that but it's not reality. People don't ask for your number anymore they ask for your Tik Tok or Instagram.

A lot of our fans should put their phones down and go get a hobby instead.

But not before they dig deep and give all they can to "we will "......right?

Then get the f lost.

Sort of takes the "we" out of the "will" does it not?

I'm specifically talking about the losers on Twitter/X who make that their whole personality and are on it 24/7. That's where all of these issues that CW and Blum brought up are happening.

Fringes of society. Never going to solve that without stifling free speech.

No it's just unrealistic. Some people are just miserable.
Actually it's not unrealistic. If the sane Iowa State fans start calling out those losers, eventually it'll stop. There's far more realistic, sane Iowa State fans than their are of them. Doing "nothing" isn't going to get them to stop. Continually calling them out will. So again, the fans that CW and Blum were talking about need to put the phone down and go get a hobby that doesn't involve living online 24/7.

I know it probably won't change your opinion but shaming people usually doesn't encourage positive change. It creates more incels. Ignoring them is a far stronger tactic but even then it's not a complete fix.

Honest question- this was happening on this site or were CW and Blum talking about getting contacted directly?

Maybe start your own psychology channel on YouTube if you think you're the wind of change.
Maybe log off the internet and go meet people face to face so that you don't start throwing around false numbers to try to prove your point if you think you're all knowing about dating and incel culture.

There was a nasty exchange on Twitter from a Hawkeye burner about Brent wife a couple days ago. It's easy not to be a garbage person, but it seems to be harder for a chunk of Hawkeye fans.

I think every single response, including from Iowa fans, called the guy out. But if you view engagement on the Internet as winning, what you say there anonymously doesn't matter one iota.
