I thought SWP had to be used in the last episode and the idol has to be played in the next one. What do I know?

I'm not certain but I think the SWP is good up through 6 and idol at least that or maybe 5. Need to research this maybe, my daughter was pretty certain at 6 is the last time SWP can be used.
I thought the SWP had to be played before final 7…but they didn’t even mention it. Odd.

The edit made it look like Joe could be blindsided but they all voted for Mary. My guess is Eva would have gave it to Joe to play had they felt he was at risk so the talk of voting Joe.must have just been talk with no real threat of it happening.

My memory says those advantages could be used to get you to final 6 and final 5 respectively. But my memory is often wrong when it comes to rules.
Trying to figure out why Kamilla voted for Mitch....
To make her look like she's not in cahoots with Kyle
I think Joe just killed any chance of both him and Eva being in the final 3. Kyle, Mitch, and Kamilla will vote one of them off at the next tribal.
I think next week Eva has to use her last 2 idols. Which she said in the past she will give one to Joe.
Eva will use her idol next tribal. Her shot in the dark expired at 7. If Joe or Eva win immunity, the other will play that idol. Eva is guaranteed a spot at 4
She's only guaranteed if one of them win immunity. If neither of them have immunity, the other 3 could convince Eva they are voting for Joe, then Eva plays her idol on Joe while they all vote her out. Maybe Joe and Eva see through that, but next week will be interesting if neither of those two get immunity.
Kyle obviously lied about Shauin having an idol but part of Shauin mentioning Eva as a target was legit.
What an episode. As if you couldn't like Joe enough already the stuff with him and his sister was powerful stuff.

Still boggles my mind that nobody sees Kyle and Kamilla are working together. Dave sniffed that out a long time ago. Both Kamilla and Kyle are habitual liars. Neither deserves the million.
Being a habitual liar in Survivor does not make you not deserve the million. That is and has always been part of the game. They made an actual great game move from them. Kamilla don't deserve it at all but that is just because she is Kyles puppet. However, Kyle is playing an incredible game right now and not getting enough credit. I hate when people play an honest game. It makes the whole game boring. Last night was set up by a great lie. It worked to perfection. That is what survivor is all about. It's like bluffing in poker. It's a game. You see if you can get others to believe you.
I fully understand the lying crap.... happens in every season. I personally won't give a person my vote for a million for playing the game that way. Joe and Eva are proof that you can go far by playing straight up honest. In the end, it's up to the jury.
I think they may have had better options but they still pulled off a big move. Will come down to who wins immunity next week.
Twice now K & K have convinced J & E to vote someone out of their own alliance instead of going with the plan. The only downfall I see in their game is letting Joe and/or Eva make it to the end.
Both J & E are very likable and have good life stories. We've seen in recent seasons how the relationships they build with the jury and their perceived "need" is more important to the jury than good game play. I feel this jury will honor the good moves in the game as opposed to who they liked better. However if they are bitter K & K have burned alot of people to get here. With all the talk of honor and trust they may just say screw it J & E never lied to me or targeted me, they were lied to.
I can't wait for next week. Should be the most interesting final 5 in a while. I wonder if Kamilla will figure out by playing behind the scenes nobody knows how involved she has been in some of these vote outs. The way the show has been edited it looks like Kyle has been the driving force behind everything and Kamilla has just been along for the ride when Kyle comes up with a plan. I wonder how much of the plan she has come up with along side him that we haven't seen. Her best chance is if Kyle isn't sitting next to her. She has nothing to point to as her plan. Kyle has implemented everything as far as the other players are concerned.
I still think there has been to big of a deal made out of the "secret" K & K alliance for it not to play a role in who wins.

K & K have been pissing off quite a few jurors... not good if you want to win it all. Joe and Eva have a good shot... if the jury likes the honest way of playing.
I think more than not that 'pissed off' settles once they admit they got beaten just like most people do, with a bit of deception.
