RECRUITING: Prospects expected at Hilton Madness

I was thinking the same thing. I think his name was Koze or something ("Cozy"). Shorter, stronger type point guard.

    Cyclones Gear/Collectibles Swap

I'd be interested in a signed basketball by Tim Floyd, Larry Eustachy or Wayne Morgan if anyone has one they'd want to part with.

Does the Pollard story change the FB situation?

David Beaty was a OC at a non power 5 school and a position coach at a Top 25 school. He is making 1/2 to 1/3 of any other coach in the Big 12, has approximately 65 scholarship players and is at a school that is continuously the worst or 2nd worst in the Big 12. And he still jumped at the KU...

    Is Tucker out?

So what's your take on that as a former player? Is that a legit play and tough luck for Tucker or is it below the belt to do that?

Anyone else going to the Alumni Association event in Cedar Falls on April 30th?

Saw that Nate Loenser from the MBB coaching staff was going to be the speaker. Are these things worth going to? I've never been and it seems like it could be interesting.

    TruTV Thursday 11:40

Yeah, so getting to the heart of the matter, if my cable/satellite plan does not include TruTv, what options (paid or free) do I have for getting the game to stream on any device? Is it only on a tablet or phone? Laptop & HDMI?

    Tickets?

Tickets will not be a problem for the Thursday session. Kentucky fans will dump them like crazy and you'll be able to get in for $50 or less on the street and probably $75 on stubhub. Saturday, when Kentucky is in the same session, will be pricey. $150 or more to get in the door. But no one...

    Custer/Tsalmpouris

Anybody that thinks Custer's meaningful playing time is going to go up as the year goes on is completely wrong. Nader & Thomas come back, McKay moves Hogue to the 3 a bit more and Fred shortens up the rotation, if anything, as the year goes on.

    Best Donuts in Iowa?

Apparently no one in this thread has been to La Porte City and had the cinnamon twist donuts from the La Porte City Bakery.

Jay Scheel - Union High School

The Iowa State, Minnesota and Wisconsin ones were all verbal offers at their camp as they were before July 1st. Iowa's was too, but they followed up with a formal written one this week. I think he'll start at QB, but the fact that he can play WR probably makes teams want to take a bigger...

Jay Scheel - Union High School

Huge is an overstatement, but that is the team he's cheered for. He's an "A" student who supposedly wants to study engineering.

Rivals is lagging a bit. All offered after camps this year.
