    If his floater/half hook shot is so excellent from the line maybe he can shoot his FT's that way - only halfway joking. Not excited for the ~50% number... Having 3 bigs that hit at a 70%+ rate was such a nice change of pace last season. Really don't want to go back to the FT's are turnovers times.

    You have it backwards. The idea is to create space in the lane for driving, and to allow the bigs to do their work in the post. Without reliable shooters, defenses can pack it in (which has been the scouting report on ISU outside of last year). And that's when we see the offense get stagnant.
