Fresh warm curds are amazing. You know a fresh curd when they squeak in your mouth

Hooks cheese Mineral point Wi, has some amazing curds. only sell them a couple a days a week. Grabbed some at the gas station one day sampled the bag once I got in the vehicle went right back in and grabbed a second one.

I remember when I was a kid we always used to stop at the Goldfield cheese Mart on the way to my grandparents house in northern Iowa. The cheese curds from there were amazing.

Of the options provided, I'd go with pepper jack, but I like good sharp cheddar, and plenty of others I like.

Shredded cheese eaten straight from the bag

We stopped buying the bags of shredded cheese because of the anti-caking agents and preservatives, it tastes better to get a block and shred it yourself.

Sharp cheddar and aged white cheddar are probably my favorites but I love most of the cheeses.
