This is random but why is Wake Forest offering so many Midwestern kids? I've seen them as a common offer on a lot of our commits.

When was the last time the #18 recruit in Iowa was a 3 star rated at 8500? Without looking, I'm pretty sure never. Wonder why this class is so deep? Anyway, that's a good sign I hope.

Israel Abrams is now a 5 star and the #9 recruit in the class. Committed to Miami. I wonder why Campbell didn't go after him when he went to Penn State.
Well, does PSU have the cash to get the overall #9 player? Very few schools do. We always have to remember now, everything from the past is meaningless. The new " blue bloods" are based on cash, not reputation.

I have no idea what any school has to spend other than ISU. Abrams didn't have a lot of offers when Campbell left, I figured he would offer the kid right away. Guess not.
