They just filed a lawsuit on his behalf and have been on a warpath of PR trying to show they did nothing wrong including their billionaire daddy saying everything is on the up and up but the fact that they didn’t explicitly say the player was playing they won’t have him play.

Like are you serious with this? I have a distorted reality? I get when Cody jingles his zipper your mouth starts to water but my man every single thing that’s happened shows you might be the one not in touch with reality. Keep licking those billionaire boots though

It does seem to matter to the courts in terms of granting injunction, and potentially in whether Tech would find it best to dismiss him

If he were that good, he’d just go into the supplemental draft and make more in the NFL. But it seems questionable if he’d be picked up.

They very clearly indicated they expect him to play. That's why the whole statement about sitting out two games was put in there. Tech's AD views that as his complete punishment and all is well after that.

He's not being put on the IR and missing games due to "gambling addiction", whether that's made up or not. Nobody has ever done that, or ever will.

He’s getting paid 6 mil, that’s significantly more then he would make in a supplemental draft by almost a factor of 10 to practically infinity if he didn’t land on an active roster (as far as making money off football goes)
 
Well just when I think CFB cant phuck itself any harder, a new day happens.

Taco Tech just fired up every last bulldozer to finish it off. Hopefully whatever the fall out is, is somehow better.
