What plans does your localities have for ARPA funds

Our county (Pottawattamie) used $3.1 million dollars in ARPA funds to purchase Mt. Crescent ski area, and are looking to spend $9.4 million for other projects. Little discussion on the first and not much information on anything else. What are other localities doing to throw money out the window.
