I've looked into getting suites for NCAA games in previous years. Usually, the venue places restrictions on selling tickets in a suite through a third party site. If someone tries to do so, they may lose their suite. You have to go through the venue to get the suites. So, I would be very cautious of someone selling some of the best seats in the house for what amounts to a fraction of market value.
