Just curious what events people have gone to or plan on going to. Our big pride event is actually in July out here, but still lots of other stuff. My large employer is having a drag bingo contest next week, hah!

Bingo with some performances mixed in and jokes, basically.
Pride Day at Target Field is tomorrow up here with Twins vs Athletics. I know a lot of LGBTQ+ are going to that.
We host a Pride Party every Saturday of Pride Weekend with themed drinks and yard games etc....I think we have 75 coming this year yikes.
We usually go to the Beer Dabbler at the Walker Art Center but lasts year was a sh!t show. So many people and beers sold out so fast. Kind of a waste or money so we aren't going to that this year.
Better half is in a pickleball tournament at Loring Park Pride Weekend so we'll do that as well and then drink too much Sunday at the parade and block party. Always take Monday after Pride off of work!

I’m missing Pride in Iowa City tomorrow (my spouse sings in the local LGBTQ+ group called The Quire which are performing) but I’ll likely go to the one in CR next month.
For the folks looking to drive by and rile things up please refrain from doing so. This thread has been made with good intentions of friendly conversation. If you’d like to start a fight go do it in the cave. Please.
I think still the only pride event I’ve been to was NYC Pride years ago.. would be fun to go to another, just seems like I’m always busy on whatever weekend.
There is a drag bingo every week where I live. It’s sooo much fun.
When we lived in Columbus, OH right after college, my wife worked with a guy who was very much into the drag scene there. Every year they had a LGBTQ softball game/event called "Bat-n-Rouge" where everyone playing on both teams played the game in drag, in character.

This was mid/late 90s when we lived there. Very cool it's continued. It was a blast going and watching the game and hanging with everyone after.
that place is fun! we go there first two days of the NCAA Tourney. Glad you saw a great game on a great weather night!
