This was the best Theo moment on the show, if not the entire show. Yes I know Cosby is a convicted monster but at the time I really liked this particular episode and scene.

He had a fun character in Sneaky Pete as Giovanni Ribisi's parole officer. Bryan Cranston was an executive producer and had a small but excellent part in the first season.

Testifying
Tough to navigate a post Cosby life of not being tight casted and he legit seemed to like to act.

If you are a certain age, there's a good chance that The Cosby Show was your first favorite TV show. It is a shame that the awful Bill Cosby has tarnished it because it was a really great show and would probably hold up fairly well today.

Yeah, the show should be separated from Bill when evaluating the show. I mean there have been lots of actors and directors that are scummy people but yet their shows and movies are good. Kevin Spacey and Woody Allen are 2 quick examples. Not quite as polarizing but politically lots of people don't like Clint Eastwood but as far as movies and directing he is AMAZING to me.

Can anyone list the Hucksable sp(?) Kids off the top of their heads? Sandra Denise Theo Vanessa and Rudy!! Did I get em right? Cosby followed by Cheers were good times on Thursday nights growing up in the 80's /90's.

I don't know the details of his death but the ocean can be scary as hell for people who aren't expert surfers/swimmers.

I was a pretty decent athlete when I first moved to CA and there were a couple times when I started surfing I probably could have easily been killed. My first experience with a riptide and knowing nothing about it was particularly scary. I think if I had been in not-so-great shape I probably wouldn't have survived it. I've seen people do really stupid stuff, saw this tiny girl with all this expensive surfing equipment walk right into a 5 foot wave holding the board across her body, that's comparable to being hit by a truck.
