    By definition almost, its not a tweak if you drop the head coach. Plus, KJ has been tweaking his staff all along. Its never really been successful. To point: KJ's current assistant coaches (whom everyone seems to love) have not prevented a 1-7 dual record, with top talent leaving their headgear...

    Regarding whether a change will be made: this month marks the first time that the whole of posters on CF seem to agree (vocally or tacitly) that KJ should be done. Not that Pollard takes his cues from CF, but this fan sentiment means something.

    IMO, its time for KJ to let Downey wrestle exclusively at 184. The dual season is lost; its time to focus on individual success. Put the athletes in their natural spots.

    This is a good post. One the other hand, the team hasn't really given us a ton to cheer about lately (other than Kevin's title ... where your point is well taken). I read the board regularly, but don't post all that much. When I do, it tends to be at high or low points. Its human nature.

    This is just too bad. I don't blame the coaches for taking a chance based on talent. Nor do I doubt that if something needs to be done, they will do it. The one place where I've been impressed with KJ is discipline and character.

    The losses suck; what I perceive as mismanagement sucks even more. I would be curious to know how and why decisions are made by this coaching staff. There seems to be no real strategy at work. It appears they are playing catch up in every situation.
