I'm going to say Washington DC, although its not officially a state. The Nationals have been god awful since they entered the league. The capitals, although a good team, have choked the last 3 years in the playoffs The Wizards had players get arrested in multiple season, and cant win more then...- pikecy10

Fraternities
This could not be more wrong. Although I do not know exactly what goes on "behind closed doors" everywhere, Iowa State is a non-hazing university for all activities, Sports, Clubs, Drama, and Fraternities. The university looks very very negatively on hazing and any report of it is taken care...- pikecy10
