The problem with this list is that it takes everything that has happened since the whole SMU death penalty incident into account. If it were more recent, you'd see more programs like USC, CU, etc. on the list.

They should rewrite this as the 10 most caught teams in the country. Not particularly defending any of these teams, but Ohio State, Nortre Dame, Kansas State, USC, and Colorado are all at least bad as OSU.

only Washington (maybe Kentucky) were 'Northern' schools named in the report. Not one from the Big12 North, Big11, BigEast (current), A10 and ACC (?).

But I find it most interesting the 'bad' schools are mainly in the South.

I do not put much credence on any list that excludes Colorado, at number nine he says Okie State is the first school from the big XII on the list, and he has Miami at #10 instead of #1.

I think they are mainly southern schools because the alumni at these schools are hard to control.
