TE is a barren wasteland again this year once you get past the top two or thee options. I have to decide between TJ Hockenson or Tyler Eifert this weekend. I might be better off just leaving the spot empty.

I actually expect it to be a little better than last year. How many teams in your league? Neither of those were in the top 20 on my list for drafts this year...

Twelve. It's partially my fault. There was a mid round run on them and I thought I could wait. Turns out I was a little too patient.

Picked up Zeke in the 3rd or 4th in one of my leagues and got flames for it; replied back that there's no chance Jerry Jones doesn't bring him back in time for Week 1. They won't achieve anything without him.

Not feeling too bad about that pick right now, although I'm leaning towards not playing him this week in particular.

I can't believe he was still there for you that late. Drafting players who are injured/holding out/suspended for a few games early on is one of my favorite strategies. Picked up A.J. Green in like the fifth or sixth round this year.

Not playing him? Why?

I think there's late round value out there. I wanted Engram but his price went too high, over $20, so I took Njoku for $4. Hopefully this high-octane offense in Cleveland really is a thing this year and I can get a piece of it.

Cowboys are saying otherwise, but I would expect his workload to be reduced for at least one week considering how much time he missed.

I own him in 2 leagues. Im not expecting him to get a full workload, but he is going up against the Giants. Start him

Done.

Funny enough, Conner is my #2 in that league with Chris Carson and a few benchers to follow.

Deep team if Carson is your 3rd. I wouldn’t hate starting him if you wanted - but I do think zeke is gonna come out and want to show Cowboy nation that’s he’s ready.

I like Hockenson this year (not last year). It's not like Detroit has an overabundance of targets. He's going to have to be a part of that offense and Detroit's going to be trailing in a lot of games this year.

We had a couple Hawk lovers pick Hockenson and Fant in the 3rd and 4th rounds.

Well that's crazy. I picked him up in the second to last round.

Also, how many points do your QBs get for a passing TD? I just realized my commissioner set it up for 6 pts. I'm used to 3 or 4, is this normal now?

We get 6 for a TD. Receivers get a point for each catch and then 1 point for every 10 yards. Can't recall, but any big play over 50 yards gets bonus points also.
