2023 Big 12 Schedule/Standings

This may of been discussed already, but do we know how the league will be organized with the addition of new teams in 2023?

I know this depends on UT and OU, but curious if we do divisions? Do we keep the top two model?

It will be interesting to see what teams we play with the additional teams.

Honestly I think the Big 12 will stay away from divisions....the highest quality matchups are when it's 1 vs 2....see the ACC for example, who's had so many lopsided championship matchups because it's usually Clemson vs a struggling Coastal team who went 8-4

Highly doubt that. Most other conferences are realizing this doesn't work and following the Big 12s path in having the two best teams play in the CCG.
That has hurt the Big12 more than helped, imho.

But with playoff expansion, NOW you're talking - you don't risk losing your top team to an upset. And still much better chance to get a 2nd (or 3rd) team in this way.

Will it be 8-4 conference vs. non con or 9-3?
