Welcome back to the second annual MBB survivor game!
Here are the rules:
*Week runs from Monday to Sunday. Week one begins November 4 and ends November 10.
*You cannot pick a team more than once during this competition.
*You cannot join the game after the first week of games has ended.
*Failing to make any picks for a week will eliminate you.
*Pick up to three undefeated teams that you think will remain undefeated for that week. Any loss to a D1 school by one of your picked teams will eliminate you. Losses to D3 or lower teams do not count.
*All of your picks for a week (up to three teams) must be listed in the same post, and your post must be time stamped prior to the time the first of your teams tips off.
*Please bold your picks so they stand out in the thread.
*If you make changes to your picks, they must be made before the first tipoff of the new team AND the tipoff of the team you are switching off of. Also, as a favor to me if you edit your post, please @ me so that I can change my spreadsheets.
*You will get one point for each D1 win your team(s) get during the week.
*Winner is the last player standing. In the event of a tie, points will be the tie-breaker.

Clarifications that were needed last year:
Exhibition games do not count, but midseason and end of season tournament games WILL count. Essentially, any game that will count against a team’s win/loss record will count. Exhibition games are games against D3 teams (or lower) that are not counted in a team’s win/loss count on ESPN. As an example, from the Big Sky conference Montana has 3 games in the first week and Northern Arizona has two. Both of Northern Arizona’s games are against D3 (lor lower) teams, so Northern Arizona cannot be picked for week 1. Only one of Montana’s 3 games is against a D1 school. If you pick Montana, you would only get one point.
For the first week only, I’m giving you the number of games the teams have in advance. In the charts on the following posts, you will see see the conferences, teams, and the first week of games. D1 indicates an eligible game. X indicates a game against a non D1 team. After the first week, I will list the remaining teams, but may not have the time to list their games for that week. We’ll see…but I suggest you research your pics before posting them, because with this many teams mistakes can and will be made. ☹
There actually may be more games for some teams, especially the blue bloods. There are often tip-off classics and such that are not on the schedule. For schedules, I typically use ESPN – they’re pretty good at keeping up to date but they don’t get everything. Here’s a link: https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/teams
