Well they're 20-0 in the second round their last 20 tournaments, maybe time to change up the home team format or go to 32, that's really pointless to play those games.

In the mens games the 1/16/ 2/16 games used to be kind of meaningless, now they can be good games. the second round has NEVER been some automatic layup where any team could go 20-0 20 years in a row. Bad look.

I think UConn has been quite all right with the look.

I think Iowa pulls this off in classic Hok fashion but it would be fun to see them lose.

Did you see the win % by round they showed over the past 20 years?

They might as well start them in the Sweet 16. 40-0? That's broken.
I mean 20 years includes an insanely dominant stretch from the early 2000s to the mid 2010s. Again, they haven't won it all since 2016. I agree they should go away from the home games in the first 2 rounds but it is hardly broken

Yeah clearly out on UConn Lobo. The ball on that replay shows it brushing the Iowa player’s fingers on its way out.

No I get what you're saying. And I agree. There's a glaring bubble aspect with the CC thing this year and last to some extent, as much as we don't wanna admit it.

It's been super team after super team for so long. The same thing people have complained ad nauseum for the NBA since somebody took his talents to South Beach. At least the NBA super teams play against actual pros.

I'm an NBA guy other than ISU. The league got really lucky that Gianis and Jokic are awesome hard working lunch bucket guys who don't mind staying in Denver and Milwaukee. It was on a bad trajectory when the US born stars were playing superfriends instead of wanting to beat each other.

That's a very good point, actually.

Not only was it off of Iowa, but then they body checked Paige to the floor and no foul.

You can move to neutral siting for the opening weekend just plan on attendance of 3-5000 at most sites, unless some corporations buy the tkts and give them away.
