I know fan morale is bad. Mine included. But we could White Sox fans. Honestly, what in the WORLD are they doing?
I'm not sure what's worse. A billionaire owner with more money than sense or a billionaire owner who won't spend any money.

Anyone know what listening app or what DSM area radio station might carry the Twins this year?

Excited for Twins.TV subscription. It's been 6 years since I got tired of paying $150/month for Directv to get the Twins in Iowa, then have FSNorth dropped by YTTV just a month after I switched to that.

It's been the pirate seas for more for a looong time.

Idk I used to pay to listen on the app. Just realized I must of gotten pissed and cancelled that last September during that meltdown. Lol

I did pull the trigger on the $99 tv deal. I have no hope but it will scratch my baseball itch this summer and finally I can watch them on the regular if I want.

Do blackout rules apply to that? I've been considering signing up for that, but don't want to pay for it just have games blacked out.

In the whole state of Iowa, if you subscribe to Twins.TV you will be able to watch all the Twins games without blackouts.

FWIW, you can do a 7-day free trial to ensure that blackouts do not apply.

I think those plans are developed FOR the in-market fans...right? No blackouts. Meaning you can't access it if you are out of the market. You would have to go thru MLB.TV to do that.

Twins.TV stream is back for me now.. Just infuriating to start the season, but at least the rain delay prevented missing any of the game.

Aaaand MLB.TV (including Twins.TV) is down. lol MLB just can't stop shooting themselves in the foot.
On the bright side, at least this is inadvertent, unlike the past 20 years where baseball decision makers seem to be going out of their way to drive fans away from the game.

Twins baseball looks like it's going to be an incredibly toxic environment for the foreseeable future now, if they can't/don't pull off a sale soon.

And if they don't pull off a sale, and the Pohlads' debt problems end up getting worse, there could be truly catastrophic outcomes in play.

The Twins pitching is OK, at best, but their lineup will not contend for much. They have two or three position players that would start for most winning teams.

Not even in the 3rd inning yet and already down 7-0 to the God Awful White Sox.
