How is 3rd place decided if this week we are to lose to Mizzou, Baylor beats TT at home.

and Saturday we beat Baylor at home. What is the deciding factor in who gets 3rd? Team with the better overall record (Baylor) or victory/ies over the top finishing XII team (ISU's win over KU).

Actually, if MU loses twice (once being to us) and we win both games, we are the 2 seed.

Truth.

For Big 12 tourney, first tiebreaker is head-to-head, so if we beat Mizzou (and they lose to TTech) and we beat Baylor this week, we would be 1-1 with both teams.

Next tiebreaker is record vs. top team in conference (Kansas), and we are the only one of those three schools with a win against them.

downer is Mizzou plays Tech still...so the chances of scoring with Jessica Alba are better.

Agreed... but the fact that it is even still mathamatically possible the last week of the season (double round robin schedule) is pretty freaky... honestly...

Think about it...

A) We injure some players (on accident) so they can't play against Tech.

B) Kick their *** so hard they give up playing basketball forever.

C) Talk to Kansas and Baylor and make an all-star team that Tech can use against Missouri.

wouldn't mind any tbh.

So you're saying there's a chance?
