I'd say a 9AM snap would get less views than a 9 PM snap. Their real issue is the PAC 12 network and the non-availability of games during the day on normal networks. They seemed to think that all cable companies would pick up their network and people all around the nation would watch...nope. Now they have a $ blackhole PAC 12 network and no games on FOX, ESPN, etc. except late at night.

Amazed the conference commissioner still has a job. "But we have a beautiful conference headquarters"..what a clusterf***.

I haven’t actually seen the numbers but viewership for pac 12 games has to be awful right? Especially on the east coast.

I can’t believe they’ve gone this long without moving games up.

Dumb. Kick-off would take place before College Gameday and whatever Fox calls their pre-game show. The networks aren't going to change the time of these shows, and the PAC-12 now completely loses out on Gameday/Fox hyping these early morning games as they would already be in progress.

Espn and fox talki g heads would actually have games in progress to talk about instead of sucking off bama and ohio state for an hour every sat morning just trying to fill space. There could be actual highlights of in progress games instead of rehashing predictions. Furthermore, i would bet the big networks would add segments in the early am to cover the action. Im for it.

Huh? What am I missing? Those shows currently lead up to 11AM CST kickoff time (meaning the pregame shows are ending at 9AM PST)...

Boy, I’m glad this kind of stuff isn’t anything Iowa State has to worry about.

The Pac 12 is in a lose lose situation and that bodes well for the Big 12. I get that the networks are trying to get more eyeballs on the Pac 12 games but I doubt 9:00 AM will be the solution. That conference is full of wishy washy fan bases and I can't imagine that the 9:00 AM games will draw **** for attendance.
