Maybe they just need that family/internalized growth but making that happen there is definitely not an overnight deal.
Installing a 5 star culture at a place like USC will take time. But would any coach get that time if the wins don't come immediately and the Coliseum is half full?

When the athlete you are recruiting cares only about the NFL and nothing about your cheesy talk about the process?

(EDIT: I'm not saying Campbell couldn't succeed at USC or any place he goes. The man is a fantastic leader. I'm just not sure a place like USC would give him time to succeed)
