Anyone ever sell golf clubs on Ebay before?

I'm considering selling a set of clubs on Ebay. I've never sold before. I'm just considering it because I'm left handed and my Titleist 690 MB's are probably not a hot item to sell in rural Iowa.

Anyone had good luck or bad experiences selling on Ebay? I'm just deciding if I want to go that route or not. I'll look for a set of clubs that fits my game better in the offseason.

I'm also left handed and sold a set of Ping G25 irons on eBay without issue two years ago. I would've considered trading them into a place like globalgolf or 3balls if I needed another set but I already had one I got cheap (it's good being left handed now).

Are you sure you don't want to keep them? Maybe take a swing at Rodgers and smack some sense into him?

Haha! I got these clubs when I played alot. There the hardest club in golf to hit. But they feel incredible when you hit the sweet spot. I'm just looking into buying a set of more forgiving irons.

I've sold two iron sets on ebay and have purchased a few sets as well. Both iron sets i sold were listed as auction and sold for a fair price for the clubs. Now is a good time to list as summer is just starting and more people will be looking to buy. Get some bubble wrap to protect the heads of the clubs and find a long box to ship them in.

It's easy to find the value of golf clubs on the internet. If you want, set a buy it now price 10-15% above their value along with the auction. In my experience, noone bid on the auction until the final day and the price increased dramatically as the end neared.

Also interested in selling my clubs, how exactly do I find the value of my clubs? Are there specific websites that will tell me, or just by looking on Ebay?

If you're looking on eBay specifically make sure to look at completed sales and not just active listings.

Not exactly sure.
Anybody in north Iowa I would recommend North Iowa Golf In Mason city. They have a good selection of new and several sets of name brand used clubs. Pings are very forgiving and fairly reasonable for irons. My wife has those. I have cobras and don’t have complaints either.
