Is it so much to ask to color match a damn face mask. That drives me nuts. The rest of the helmet is sweet. I like to see that one and a white one with the same logo worked in.

I'm excited for that. Hopefully at some point they can work pink into it as well so they can match all of the women Iowa State shirts, since it's so hard for them to wear a red or gold ISU shirt to games.

Heh! That'd be a hoot.

You know what they should do? Have one Alternate Throwback game each season, and mix & match uniforms from different eras, even if the color tones don't match. Random example: '77 helmet, 2000 jersey and 1984 pants. It'd be an eyesore, but there'd be nothing like it in D-1.

Oh I like this. Since we've had so many uniforms and variations in colors we could do this for years!
