I am going to attempt to get a spot in the park on South 4th St. I assume they open at 7 as well, any guesses what time I will need to get there by? If I get in line by 6:30, think I can get a spot?

Maybe, but public lots are 6 hours prior to kickoff. However, with gameday being here, I would think all lots both donor and public will open before 7 this week with gameday starting at 8. But half hour before gates open 'should' be good.

Stuart Smith Park (north side of S. 4th, across from G6)? That's a city park, which means it "officially" opens at 6 a.m. daily.

6:30 the night before should be fine.
