I assume OSU, Mich, MSU, and Iowa were all favorites, or tossups (OSU and Mich were probably close). All lost to traditional underdogs, with the exception of NC, of course.

Don't worry, ESPN will be sunshine pumping how tough the team's they played (and lost to) really are regardless of their records. Puke. B1G football all over again.

Here nor there
It's been much better in recent history than it is now. Besides its not as if they increased the capacity to 20k. It still seats fewer than 14k.

A lot easier to maintain a crazed environment in a 8k arena IMO.
GIA and OkSt is a case study on how to kill an elite environment. Greatly increase the size in smaller market, put an emphasis on football, get a local NBA team that is very good, and hire a couple duds as coaches.

Due to the physical layout of the building it is one if the toughest 50% of capacity home court advantages (and better than some places with higher attendance), but nothing like it once was.

OSU looked like a hot mess today, overall. I was surprised to see them favored by 9.5, to be honest. Their home atmosphere has really dropped off for some reason. Loads of empty seats throughout.

Their home atmosphere disappeared when Eddie retired.

Hiring Sean was one the dumbest thing they've done.

Oklahoma city Thunder has killed Okie state basketball. Its a shame honestly. That place was great to watch a game.
