I hate writers that don’t vote someone in. They just want attention

Mike Mussina? He's not really the type of player I remember as being Hall of Fame worthy when he played.

I remember every player on that list and have a sense of what kind of player he was--except Mussina. So, yeah that jumped out at me too. Maybe because I've never followed the American League much.

Isn't this only the second year the votes are public? I suspect that has a lot to do with why there is the first unanimous selection. Sort of counters the argument they did it for attention.
