I have it installed in my house, but one corner in the basement has been compromised and I have a small leak in that corner of the basement. I plan on replacing the corner with new parts and have them ordered. Probably a long shot, but anyone have any experience with this system?

Also the lawn outside that corner needs some landscaping, will be doing that shortly too, should help the problem out too.

Keeping the water running away from the house makes a huge difference. I think most underestimate the amount of water that runs when it rains and if you don't have positive drainage its all soaking your walls. I was reminded of this fact again last night when I forgot to reinstall my downspout extension after mowing!

It only takes a few minutes of downpour to start seeing water in the basement corner when gallons are rushing right to that wall every minute.

I need to completely redo almost every side of my house too as the old landscaping is worn out and they didnt do a great job of sloping it away but rather mounded it so some still goes the wrong way. I might get to that job, when I'm retired...

I did this last month and our window well filled up to the brim. We were in the basement looking out the window and it looked like a fish tank. Meanwhile water was coming in around the edges. Apparently this is why the extensions are needed. =)

i use this system and i love it, it saved me alot of money. i had 2 leaks when i first installed it. i just got my shop vac out cleaned up the mess, while it was leaking, and found the little pin hole leaks, mine were both from the caulk seal onto the basement floor. I just injected more of the special caulk straight into the pin holes, while it was leaking water, and problems solved no more wet basement.

Question was your basement floor very clean? or was there any paint or sealant on the concrete? Mine did have a painted floor i took it down to the bare concrete before adhering the system down.

I also roughed up, with some fine sandpaper, all joints before calking. both the backside of the corner pieces or connectors, and the outside of the baseboard, basically where ever i would be applying caulk. This helps get some better adhesion.

hope this helps if you have any other questions just ask, ive had my system installed for 2 yrs and no problems, yet, fingers crossed.

It's been around for quite some time. We have it in our house, but I'd estimate it to be about 30 years old. I've been patching up cracks with some caulk, but it is about time for it to be replaced.

It's a bare floor. It was a slow leak but a leak that had been around for some time and caused some minor rotting/mold. That's all taken care of.

I got to chipping away at the old adhesive because I was going to pull it up, get rid of the old stuff and reapply with new. In doing this the leak has accentuated. It's still not too bad, but enough to soak up a towel during the day.

I'm waiting for a stretch of dry days so I can get the floor dry and replace the section that is compromised.

The rest of the system is still dry. And the finished part of the basement is just fine. It's just this one corner that is being pesky.

Any other info is appreciated. I plan on doing this myself, just need the dry stretch of days to do so!
