May be time for notre dame to finally join big ten too. We should get the nod before Kansas, we're better than them right now on multiple levels: academically, football, stadium, coach, football fanbase, and other reasons.
Notre Dame can't contractually join the B1G; they are tied to the ACC.
I also think if somehow ND was the B1G's team #15 we would be sweating hard if it came down to us or KU.
Football is the straw the stirs the drink money wise. Have you seen KU football the last ten years??
with athletes getting paid now I think academics are a factor but aren't as big of a factor as they once were... which is a shame but the reality
I sure hope this is the outcome, but I fear it will not. Get ready for the AAC. I disagree with Jamie - it IS time to panic, but I realize that accomplishes nothing. I am losing sleep - very depressed.
