Big XII Tournament Tickets

Has anyone who purchased through ISU received their tickets yet? I called the ticket office last week, and the recorded message said they would be mailed out this week, but I haven't received mine. It would be nice if the athletic dept. would provide some sort of confirmation upon receiving the ticket request (which was sent in months ago).

My credit card got charged late last week or earlier this week, can't remember. But that's one way of verification. I don't think I've ever got my tickets prior to March but don't really remember.

The ticket office has been a joke this year when dealing with Big 12 tournament tickets. Constant delay about when they will be sending the tickets off and then further delay about being unable to tell you where your tickets are located. I paid for the tickets...I should be able to know where they are located as soon as the tickets are assigned.
