Yes but I don’t care about TV. I’m more worried about how an hour later tipoff will impact me getting a good soak in to celebrate the victory when I get home from the game…

I see what you did there

The humor in you typing this about a BYU game is not lost on me.

Go ahead and Google what soaking is lol.

Out here in Utah, I was picking up some egg McMuffins the other day. One of the girls behind the counter was apparently new to the state, and the other crew were explaining the concept of soaking to her, quite loudly.

One of the more interesting fast food pickups I’ve had lately.
I think I looked it up once. Then forgot. Not sure if I want to look it up again.

I'd say if they want to take a good bath, vs. a shower, that's fine.

I'm going to be at a hospital in DM Wednesday nite helping my dad recover from surgery. If they don't have ESPN2 on their package will it still be on ESPN+?

I'd hate to try to smuggle a 97 YO out of a hospital and into a sports bar.

Thanks, he is 97 and getting an aortic valve replaced.
Wow. Best of luck to him and you. He is a long-lived tough one.

All can say is that surgeons often refuse to do major surgery, like that, on older folks like your dad. Your Dad must be in otherwise very good condition! Good luck.

Tell him we are rooting for him!

Three things that I'm watching in the BYU game:

1. Not over-switching on defense that leaves shooters wide open from behind the arc.
2. Not giving up back door passes to cutters.
3. Khalifa getting called for travelling when he shuffles his feet at the top of the key nearly every time.

I don't understand the ridicule of this soaking thing. Shows some pretty amazing willpower and self-control if you ask me! :)

if you have espn+ you should still be able to watch the game through the app. it will stream on that platform, too.

Roger that. Thanks. I have access to ESPN+

I would assume you have access to live ESPN-tv world broadcasts but it is not 100% that way. ESPN+ will give you access to LIVE broadcasts if your cable/streaming service is linked to it. You have to log into ESPN+ AND then you have to log into your cable/streaming service thru the ESPN app to gain access to live broadcasts on the ESPN TV networks. I log into ESPN+ and then have to log into YouTube TV ON the ESPN+ app to get the live TV broadcasts.

Yeah ESPN+ on its own (it's like $10/month or something similar) does not give you access to any live broadcasts other than those specifically on ESPN+. Anything on any of the other ESPN channels at least for me requires a subscription that specifically includes that channel.

Do you have some other subscription like YouTube TV or cable or something similar? ESPN+ on its own doesn't give access to live televised content on ESPN/2. I can stream that stuff too when I login with my ESPN+ credentials but it's because I have YouTube TV logged in, not because of ESPN+.

i thought of that too and to be honest, Im not 100% sure.

i have an espn+ subscription that I thought i was just always logged into when i visit ESPN.

the website gives me a "tv provider" option but it says im not currently logged into that provider.

Interesting...I have to log into my YTTV account as my provider to get the network to stream the "channels" on the ESPN app...otherwise it is only the ESPN+ stuff that is available to me.
