If he can't, somebody needs to. This team needs a leader in the worst way.

They need leaders on the floor, had some good ones last year imo. Inconsistent this year. Also, a good leader doesn't mean you have to lose your cool and go crazy. Plenty of good leaders who are cool, calm, and collected.
